Have you ever wanted to increase your coaching in business skills? Do you want to have a community of coaches who you can brainstorm with and learn from, and receive content that will enhance your coaching practice?

Our ICF-accredited “Coaching in Business Program” provides 25 CCEs and will help you ramp up your executive coaching skills. This program is designed by people that have been coaching in business for over 20 years. We share content, information, a survey, and other tools you need when coaching in a startup company and/or a fast-paced tech company.

• Coaches looking for a supportive coach community and to add 25 CCE credits towards their continuing education goals.

Coaching in Business Program

Coaching in business requires a laser focus on the person in their management role -- rather than on the person. In this program, we teach a very specific style of coaching which we call “directed coaching”. Examples of this include an exploration into the role of a manager, strategic thinking, giving feedback and guidance and much more. In other words, it’s more than just asking powerful questions!

In the Coaching in Business course, you'll learn how to:

• Build rapport and trust with your client through meaningful partnerships
• Use business coaching to help workplace teams succeed
• Avoid making coaching mistakes
• Prepare effectively for your business coaching sessions
• Unlock what business coaching IS and what it ISN'T by breaking common misconceptions
• Learn practical applications to help with your client’s growth and development as a manager and leader
• Create a structure for your coaching practice that is built on proven success.

The Coaching in Business program is executed on an interactive learning platform, and all Zoom video calls will be recorded (in case you are unable to make some of them because of your busy schedule). There is also a Facebook Group where you can collaborate with your fellow students and instructors.

There will be a minimum of 2 experienced facilitators/coach leaders for each class. As a result, you will receive feedback from coaches who have been coaching in business for 20 years+.
