Coaching in Business (www.coachinginbusiness.us) is an educational program accredited by the International Coach Federation for 25 CCEs. This coach training program has a simple goal: to provide tools and training to both experienced and limited experienced coaches who want to “sharpen the saw” with respect to business coaching skills.
The 8-Module Training Program addresses such issues as the 4 Domains of a Great Manager (Self, Team Members, Team and Organization), Increasing and Sustaining Business Acumen, and understanding the research behind the Best Practices of Great Managers.
The Training Program is led by Karen Benz (karen@coachinginbusiness.us) , a business coach with over 20 years of experience coaching in business and an adjunct faculty member in the Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University. Co-facilitating is Val Littlefield, also an experienced business coach and learning and development professional. Other experienced coaches join the cadre of coaching faculty in delivering this unique training program.
